This work package will further investigate how the technical SysOpt concept can be implemented under current and future sector regulation. New guidelines for coordinated actions, incentives and market mechanisms will be outlined and delivered. 

Activities:

• Carry out an analysis to identify the cost of the proposed new services compared to similar services in the grid. 
• Develop guidelines for realization of new coordinated system services in the industry. A detailed description on how the voltage control services should be organized (e.g. fully market based or bilateral contracts) and the preferred division of responsibilities (among TSO, DSOs and power producers).
